The property is a Grade II-listed farmhouse whose earliest phase dates from the late 16th century and which once belonged to one of the late medieval hospitals of nearby Canterbury. Later phases include a 17th century return wing and extensions from the 19th to 21st centuries. An original 18th century aisled threshing barn survives in the grounds. The project comprised a full building survey of the house, outbuildings and grounds along with cost schedules of recommended works.
