18th Century House, Dorset

This Grade II*-listed country house in Dorset is situated on what was for three centuries the seat and estate of the Coker family, who built a large mansion on this site in the 1650s. The present house dates from the late 1740s, after the Coker's had sold the estate, although it contains numerous and very interesting elements of the earlier structure.

We were commissioned to undertake a full building survey of the property, which was prepared with a costed schedule of recommendations. We have since been providing general consultancy on the repairs of the building.
