Town Hall, Hungerford, Berkshire

The Grade II-listed Town Hall (which includes the Corn Exchange adjoining at the rear) was completed in 1871 and replaced several earlier town halls located in the centre of the High Street. Although the building is now home to the Town and Manor of Hungerford, the meetings of the town Council are still held in the grand Council Chamber.

We were instructed to carry out a full Building Survey of the Town Hall and Corn Exchange, which included a costed and prioritised schedule of recommended repairs and other works.
